Three shops in Portland

Slow coffee for fast mornings.

We roast twice a week, laminate our croissants by hand, and pull every shot on a house blend we've been tuning since 2017. Order ahead and it's waiting with your name on it.

What people come back for

Three things we
won't rush.

Most of our regulars order the same thing every day. These are the three that built the place.

Shaken Oat Espresso

Two shots shaken hard with brown sugar and ice until it foams, then topped with oat milk.

$5.75

Two golden croissants dusted with flour on a dark board

Butter Croissant

Three-day lamination, cultured butter, out of the oven from 7am. They're usually gone by noon.

$3.95

Barista pouring water over a pour-over coffee dripper

Pour-Over of the Week

The roastery

Roasted fifty feet from your cup.

Our 15-kilo roaster sits behind the window at Fremont Ave. We buy from four farms we've visited, roast light-to-medium, and rest every batch for five days before it hits the grinder.

  • 4 partner farms in Colombia, Ethiopia, Guatemala and Peru
  • Twice-weekly roasts, never more than 3 weeks off roast
  • Paid at least 2× fair-trade minimum, with prices posted in-store
